09/28/2019 Nathan contacted me to help one of his clients transition to Florida. The communication was superb. This company is very detail oriented, professional, and honest. These are the three principles I built my computer company on. The relationship we have made together has proven to be beneficial for all of us. Thank you Nathan and you’re team for a great project. 09/18/2019 I contacted Quantam PC while traveling in Door County. My 15 year old MacBook Pro suddenly would not restart. I took it in on a late Thursday and got a call back first thing Monday morning. Their examination indicated a major problem with the logic and mother board. Due to its age it would be difficult to trepair as they would have to get used or secondary supplied parts and could not guarantee it would perform over time. I picked up the machine later that day and they only charged me $35.00, which I thought was more than fair.

Great inside and onsite technical support. They are my computer vendor of choice in the Door County Peninsula.

08/17/2019 Nate and Erin have raised the bar when in comes to computer support for the non-technical computer user in Door County. Everyone has become accustomed to the service that major companies like Amazon and FedEx deliver to their customers. Well, I can only say that Nate and his staff are right up there with the biggest and best service providers of them all. I brought my Windows 10 PC into Quantum, as a last resort to junking it, to see if it could be repaired. Well, much to my surprise, Nate jumped right into the mess, diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote to fix it, completed the backup and repair overnight and returned a virtually new, faster computer to me the next day. As a retired businessman, who had an Information Technology (IT) department to support all of my computer needs at work for my entire career, I have finally found my IT department, right here in Door County, to support my computer needs in retirement. Thank you, Nate. You are the best!

06/17/2019 Quantum is the best service I have ever used. We had some problems with or computers--and they came out to our trailer to fix them. Reliable, honest--and did I mention they will come to your home? They also put up an antenna so now we can get a few TV stations. Plus, if you call them, they will answer questions and try to help if there's a problem. I just wish they had a place of business in Milwaukee. I'd never use any other computer service. I think of them as friends as well as business people.

06/07/2019 Quantum PC built a computer for me and installed a mesh network in my home. The quality of their work is exquisite and the support, unbelievable. There is no need to suffer the stress of IT with such capable professionals a call away.

06/05/2019 Had an issue with my PC making a grinding noise when first turned on each day. Took it to Quantum. They checked it over and found no problems. When I picked it up, the Techs asked me if I use a computer stand and I said yes and it has a fan. He asked if it plugs into my PC and, yes it does. Problem was with that fan making the noise and not my PC. Problem solved, thanks to Quantum personnel. Have used them for years and they've always delivered great service with outstanding personnel. MY GOTO PC repair store!!!!

05/15/2019 When you contact Quantum, Erin and Jack will be the first people to answer the phone. They are both professional and are truly customer focused on solving my IT problems. I talked with them on Monday afternoon about my two computers that were not working. They listened to me describe my problems and then fixed both computers and returned them to me in less than 24 hours. They are friendly and made every effort to communicate with me. I appreciate their effective service. And now I have two friends who will help me be successful as my needs arise. It’s like having my own personal IT Department. I would like to give them more than 5 stars.

03/23/2019 The tower was custom built in 2010, had served me well (for the most part) and I wasn't interested in another computer but contemplated a few upgrades. It had developed an almost annual issue where updates would be blocked and ultimately I couldn't get back online. Along with a thorough cleaning, Windows 10 updates, was that upgrade to WiFi and SSD to further improve performance. Any concerns or questions were readily addressed and answered. The computer works like a dream and is good for another 10 years (hopefully?). The folks at Quantum PC Services are friendly, easy to work with, thorough, and above all get the job done!
